Top 10 K-Pop Artists With Highest Album Sales in the US in 2024
It’s no secret that K-Pop boy groups have dominated the international market for several years. They often outperform girl groups in several aspects, including album sales. Music critic Kim YoungDae explained to The Korea Times that people normally view female groups as the “domestic ones” while boy groups are deemed the “global ones.”
The data speaks for itself. According to Chart Data on Feb. 9, six out of the ten K-Pop acts with the highest pure album sales in the US in 2024 are male groups. Stray Kids topped the list with one million albums sold, followed by ATEEZ with 640,000 units and ENHYPEN with 570,000 copies.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER came in fourth with 488,000 albums sold, while SEVENTEEN ranked fifth with 375,000 units. Finally, BTS claimed the 10th spot with 125,000 copies.
The other artists who are on the list are: TWICE at No. 6 (366K), LE SSERAFIM at No. 7 (215K), aespa at No. 8
